I know exactly what I want. And it has nothing to do with the hot Navy SEAL I picked up in a bar.

Really... it doesn't.

Even though the pressure of his lips on mine fires me like a hot kiln, and the feel of his ripped chest beneath my hungry fingertips...

Wait... I'm digressing. Focus, Allie.

Since graduating from college, I've been juggling two jobs while fostering abandoned dogs, with my sights set on opening a rescue kennel. I'll do whatever it takes to succeed, even if it means fighting back my cravings for the man who's been fueling my fantasies since I got my first taste of him in a hotel elevator.

This guy is too full of secrets. Dark ones, hidden behind his ice blue eyes. Secrets of his Special Ops past and of a billionaire family that employs half our town. He won't let me into his world, and it's for the best.

Logan Sheridan is more than I can handle. But when he slips his way into my life, searing the memory of his rock-hard body pressed against mine into my consciousness, all I can do is remember that night in the elevator...

...and ask for more, please.

* More, Please is a stand-alone, dual POV romance with no cliffhangers. *

  • Great!

This book was so great that I finished reading it in a day. I was especially happy about the setting being in Ohio because, for one, I was born and raised in Ohio and still living there. And the fact that you mentioned Akron, Ohio too was especially great because that’s where I’m from even though it was a small part. This book was fantastic and when I read the last chapter I didn’t even know that was the ending, I was shocked. But keep up the amazing work!

Finished in a day and a half. Very easy to read with an interesting story and main characters that are relatable. I recommend for anyone who wants a short steamy romance novel.

I wasn’t familiar with this author when I stumbled across the opportunity to read this story as a free e-book. I had spent too much time browsing, bored with the traditional, modest and too-often formulaic romance novels, frustrated with the unrealistic ones that might fallunder the erotic romance genre generally and hoping to find something that felt slightly realistic with a touch of fairytale and yet a little heat. I STRUCK GOLD WITH THIS BOOK! It had it all! Characters so deftly created and well rounded that they felt like real people, issues and conflicts that people face today, (especially our wounded warriors trying to assimilate to civilian life different than they have experienced before), the challenges for the loved ones of our military personnel who serve when they come home with the weight of what they lived and witnessed bearing upon their souls, people with dreams and passion who face obstacles to make them come true, a couple stumbling into a relationship that is beyond their expectations and hopes along with their insecurities and fears while learning to trust this new person in their life, people growing and learning things about themselves as they face new adventures, experiences, relationships, the losses they have endured and potential losses they might be facing, and even love and discovering what that means in the face of your dreams. It’s got an original interpretation of a not-so-original storyline but that also feels like life as so many face the same challenges and experiences but in various ways. This author has talent to burn and the incredible editing and vision to provide enough description and atmosphere that a reader can SEE the story unfold, FEEL the emotion, invest in the characters and their world yet keep the story unfolding in a steady, unhurried, fulfilling and comfortable pace! I read this straight through without stopping and you will too! I am going to explore the rest of this author’s publications! I can’t wait to get lost in another of her tales! EXCEPTIONAL!!!

I regularly download free e-books in search of a new author that I can be excited to follow. I've been so disappointed lately that I'm almost dreading opening the new books. Then along comes Kate Aster and "More, Please". What an appropriate title. I am indeed eager for more....please. 👍👍👍👍👍

More Please is a great book. It has a believable plot, realistic characters, and some sexy scenes that I would love to fantasize with a gorgeous SEAL. I loved the morality of helping each other and their community.
